Terribal knocking sond .

Hi, we are new when it comes to these engines in these cars. No we need help finding answers.
My wife participated in a burnout competition on thursday.
The engine lost pressure and died one minute in the burnout. This happened several times. In 3 hit we got a terrible knocking noise before oil pressure came. After we have a full oil pressure, we do not hear anything. Is this Rod-knock or?

Gen 1 or 2? What engine? What modifications have been made to the engine & the truck?

Gen 2 (-03mod). 5.4L whit 10 psi bust. Not mutsh other modification

Not sure miles on it but I suggest pull the blower and clean intercooler. These G2s pull alot of oil in to blower and through intercooler in no separator installed. I have a separator on my G2 and pulled blower at 36k and intercooler was pretty dirty.
Sounds like it bypassed boost and shut down.
I woulda pulled out of the contest after 1st time.
