Spotted: Red 2nd gen, red tonneau

I spotted a red 2nd gen in East Lansing last night. Had regular F150 badges on it but a complete SVT Lightning setup, interior, side skirts, exhaust, everything else was perfect... Trying to make it a sleeper??

Anyone got any ideas who this is???
 
So I saw the truck parked and checked it out. It's a regular F150 XLT with SVT Lightning body panels and front bumper... It also has the side exhaust... Once I looked closer, it had a regular XLT interior, fixed rear window, and got a good look at the front bumper to see the aftercooler was missing...

:( Damn clones!
