Side skirt black from exhaust

My side skirt just recently started to get black crap all on it right by the exhaust tips. Do anyone else have this problem? What is it caused from? What do you use to get it off?

I had that a while back. I used a good cleaner wax to get it off. Since then I switched to the JLP Bassani "R" system, so my tips stick out more. No more problems.
