Mine is a Treadstone also, but my fabricator built it custom to fit the piping better because I was dead set on keeping the fog lights! He still had to slight trim the mounting brackets for them to clear the bottom tank, but it all worked out great. Intake on the driver’s side and exits center rear over the sway bar mounting plate. Everything is extremely tight, but he’s a wizard and makes it work! Fits perfect behind the SuperDuty bumper and hides really nice. It’s sized for roughly 1100hp but doubt I’ll ever reach close to that.

Our trucks came with the uprated tow package radiator. I've never noticed an issue, even when towing, and the intercooler on mine covers the entire driver's side of the radiator.

Mine doesn't reaIly cover any of the radiator so no, but had some issues that turned out to be the factory fan clutch was going bad... once I replaced it I haven't noticed any issues. Before I found that I swapped to LMR's aluminum radiator replacement and bypassed the factory trans cooler in the radiator. I went with the large PSD trans cooler like is in Raymond_B's pics because I tow a boat and was seeing some warmer than I wanted trans temps, but that thing settled them right down!

I used a small TRV1859, fits okay - it is tall though.

I went with a Chiseled air to air

They use bell core

I use to run a tread stone. They are ok for entry level

This core is alot bigger than the treadstone I had

I used Aluminum piping and vibrant quick seal connections on everything

If wanting to stay cheaper I ran a ebay a2a for a while.
