You all are probably wondering why so cheap. This is why. First it has no mounting hardware with it. It has two holes notched out where the license plate lights go on each side. It has a big hole where the license plate goes. You can cover the hole with no problem by placing your state tag over it of course. When I bought the roll pan in Sept '01, employees at the store cut that big hole out because I was gonna get a hidden hitch later on but I never did. I took off the roll pan a year later for the original bumper(tube). Roll pan has been sitting around ever since. It still has use and looks good. Has no cracks, just three holes as mentioned. You may have to use some creativity far as installation goes. It's made by Stillen and it's fiberglass. By the way it's painted black. ASKING ONLY $50.
