REMs customer Service??or lack of it

:mad: Has anyone else had a problem with customer service at REM ?? I ordered an oil seperator on Dec 8, received it a day or 2 after Christmas with no intructions. I have since e-mailed them twice, called them once and the person I spoke to said that he would e-mail them out to me that day. Well, no instructions yet. And I noticed a thread from the Oct 5th that has no reply from them....so what gives ???? If I gave my customers that kind of service....I wouldn't have any customers to worry about........
 
it took REM 3 months to do a valve job on my heads and get them back to me, i got alot of run around but finally got them back
 
I've ordered several merchandises from them and got them on time. Had them service my truck a few times and nothing but good customer service.

I think all shops have there issues now and then. There is no perefect shop. IMO
