removing chip for warranty repairs

Jim, if I remove the chip will it hurt motor?
Have lower pulley, 90mm, oval bore,whole intake kit. Will it make truck run rough,lean? Going in for i/c. Thanks.

If you remove the chip you must remove the 90MM kit.
It will cause it to run lean in the upper RPM's.
