I was reading the "Remember, we changed their minds on the Mustang" threads and some reality smacked me in the face...
Total Lightning production, all nine years... about 45,000? 50,000? {edited... Scarpello says 39,xxx}.
Total Mustang sales... PER MONTH in 1965 alone... 46,620.
So in 1965 alone, twelve times as many Mustangs sold as all nine years of the L... times the 40 years the Mustang was sold...
YIKES.
Something tells me we should EACH send three or four hundred faxes if we want to make a similar impact???
