Registration is open!

I have a question. I already registered and paid. I plan on attending for sure but it's up in the air if my truck will be ready. If I don't have the truck there can I apply the registration fee to renew my membership and the spectator admission for myself during the event? I hope it dosen't come to that and I get the truck there and running!
 
When the latest I can register? I am awaiting the final tuning of my truck and if all goes well I will be racing.. But if something drastic goes wrong I dont want to register and not be able to race. I will know by the 19th if alls well.
