Weather permitting, they're starting up tomorrow.

Anyone want to go? I'm just wondering if I should bring my helmet with me to work in the morning or not...

I'd love to go racing but judging by the weather it's probably not
the day for it. I'm just hoping by some miracle it will clear up by
Sunday for the Woodburn open. (Yeah, right!)

Nevermind, just called 503.823.RACE and they cancelled tonight's races. Oh well, wearing my helmet in class should make for interesting conversation...

Dunno about Woodburn though. Are we gonna try this Sunday?
 
Sunday morning. 7:46 a.m.-
No rain right now but wet pavement.
Rain possible but clearing to the south.
It's a crap shoot. I'll probably drive down there.
(Oh yes. I'll be taking my helmet!)
It wouldn't be the first time I raced with the wipers on.

According to the weather sites, the extended forecast says rain until THursday, then partly cloudy for the weekend.
 
No Friday drags until May 31st. Saturday is test-n-tune and
Sunday is the first ET points race. I WISH IT WOULD QUIT RAINING!!!
 
Voodoo- When is the cascade event at PIR?

If it's this coming weekend (23-34), then I'm out of town.
It it's next weekend (30-31), then I'll be back and would want to run the track with ya!

Let me know, so I can plan.

I backed out for three reasons.
1. Installed the 2# pulley and am not sure about extended
WOT runs without the chip to support.
2. My regular racing buddies backed out.
3. I may have waited too long and the weather hasn't
exactly been great.
If you are still interested you should contact the Cascade Sports
Car Club and see if they have any room left. Ron Muro is who
you need to talk to. 503-665-0785
I think I'll probably wait until the August event or get in with
a different club for some track time. Let me know if you do go
and I'll come out and get some digital pics.
