Since this had gotten thrown way off track,, I am going to sallow up here and take this back over.
This is a pain in the back side, I had and do have this plastered every where and people had set dates according to the ones I had set.
Now that is a wash and rebuild I will post a survey which will most likely make matters worse.
It is sad to say some won't be able to attend because of certain dates,,, however we are shooting for the mass. Sorry folk's.......
The initial date was Oct.12-14, some where wanting Sept. 21 -23.
So here we go...........the earlier date maybe impossible for many because the time is upon us.
