oil pressure gauge install

after looking thru all the how to's, I could not find how to install a oil press. gauge, where is the best place on the engine to install the sending unit? Thanks
 
I would install it behind the stock sender. Behind the A/C - powersteering bracket where the stock sender is located, use a couple nipples and a Tee so your stock gauge will work along with the new gauge.
 
thanks mojo, That's what I wanted to know, as to where the stock sending unit was located. I plan on keeping the stock unit installed using whatever it takes.
 
installed and working using copper tube. O/P is 70PSI when warmed up. seems a little high, but within specs.
