Novice wanting advice on superchargers and setup.

Hey folks, been a while. My 5.0L to 5.8L F4te conversion a year ago went well. Big difference in power.

Any way, I am basically a novice when it comes to super-chargers. I am wanting to put a Vortech V-3 on my 92 F150 that has the Twin Throttle body design.

I saw a kit on Ebay at this link. I am curious to what else would be needed or if some one else has a better idea.

I would say just swap over to a Lightning intake setup, but they are big money. Maybe shop around and find a good used aftermarket upper and lower and throttle body. Not knowing the specs of your engine I would imagine you'd gain some power naturally aspirated and quite a bit more when used with a supercharger.

If you do go thru with the supercharger I have the aluminum y that goes from the throttle body to the discharge pipe.My S.C. came of a 5.8. With the truck intake .
