We will be leaving the SF Bay Area, probably Tuesday morning 8/24. Plan to arrive Thursday.
We will take I-5 to Sacramento, then I-80 East. Here is a link to the route: Livermore, CA to Kansas City, MO - Google Maps
First stop will probably be in Wendover, with a visit to Bonneville Salt Flats the next morning.
