I just picked up my First Lighting last month
and finally got it tagged and legal for road duty

White 95'
still working on getting the build #

Lots to do but just like one of our Rescued animals this will
be much better down here in Texas and out of the hard winters of up North!

 
Welcome looks like a nice truck! This is a good place to be for a lightning owner plentyof info, parts, and good people that are very helpful
 
I just saw the lightning but good find bump that little 66? Is awesome! They are some cool trucks my brother used to have a 66 f250 camper special I loved that truck goofball traded for a 68 ranchero gt
 
Miss Daisy,
Found her still in the barn after the original owner passed away,
his son lived down the street and told me about her.

Frame off in my 1 1/2 car garage,
painted the frame
powder coated everything else
did all the paint and body work

Took the motor to USA Racing Engines and turned it into a 382 Stroker
new 4 speed out of a old Torino

18 months later got 6th out of Orielly's Best 10 of show

Vintage Air, Power Steering but kept everything else pretty much original,
every nut and bolt - 18 months straight start to finish

kept it for 10 years and Got a cold call one day from the owners of the Tiger Creek Rescue Center in Tyler Texas asking if I would sell, saw the truck in one of the magazines in had been in
they wanted it for the center has a promotional item so
the offer was right and I moved on

Yep, I've got allot to measure up with when it comes to the New Lighting and Making it me the Stable Standards!
all just a hobby my friends!
