All known weeknesses in the 4R100 have been addressed by using the best available parts. Resulting in the strongest tranny available.

Replace stock low/reverse clutches with 6 new performance frictions.
Replace stock low/reverse steels with 6 new performance Means steels.
Replace 4 stock forward clutches with 6 new performance blue plate frictions.

Replace stock forward pressure plate with custom modified pressure plate.
Replace stock direct clutches with 5 new performance blue plate frictions.
