Need Speedo Cluster Needle R&R Tips??

Hello All,
On a 94 Gen1 cluster- I’m doing a restore if sorts on the cluster and while that went ok I have lost a question about reinstalling the needles- does anyone know the proper process to install them so the gauges go back in the proper spots?

I’m curious did you have to repaint your needles? 2 of mine are faded bad and not sure of the proper way to redo them.
