Need more power

Hi, I have just got a 02 Harley Truck as a company vehicle. It has good power but could sure use some more. What do you recomend? pulley change? I'm about an hour from Baltimore on the east side.. so it wouldn't be a problem to drive to your shop. I got a guy that wants to race bad... He has a 4 door Viper Truck so I need to beat him. Thanks
 
I would recommend more boost via a pulley change as you stated, plus I would port the blower and do a nice dyno tune to get the most out of the extra boost.
