Moving to California, need info...

[St Louis Lightning]

I'll be relocating to the San Diego area. 50/50 if I keep the Lightning or not. If I do, how hard will it be to get it registered/pass emissions or any other type of testing?

I have a fully built Lightning, KB 2.6. It does have high flow cats. The EGR is removed, but I can easily reinstall it. Thanks.
