Metco lower pulley kit ?????

I saw a thread about Metco pulleys not actually producing the advertised poundage!! Is that correct? Is it old news and has been corrected? I believe REM's are Metco right? I just ordered a six pounder and am concerned about what I am going to get!? I hope I can depend on correct numbers?? Any help???:?

We now produce our own pulleys and hubs however we did sell Metco pulleys for a long time. The Metco parts are and always have been 1st rate quality and we still carry much of their product line.
As for the rumors about actual boost #'s I cannot say for certain, I know that our #6 pulley is slightly larger however in measuring different vendors parts their seems to be alot of varience
