:? I moved here from texas-now I half to register my truck here, can anyone tell me how difficult it is for safety and emissions and if you know what they check here? I have mods like cold air intake . Wondering how deep they go and if anyone knows a place thats friendly please let me know.

It's not that bad, but they are very thorough. When my truck was new I had the ABS sensor replaced by a Ford mechanic within the first 300 miles. Apparently they put the brake line back on with a 90 degree twist. Nine years later I move to VA, and yep, they found it. I have CAI, pulley, tune, etc. I was fine passed both tests with flying colors. After I fixed the brake line
