I have a 2003 lightning, I have a water leak on the left side on the front of seat & on the drivers floor.

I have a 2003 lightning, I have a water leak on the left side on the front of seat & on the drivers floor.
I cleaned the weatherstrip which has a orifice at the front to under the wiper cowl cover.
I am waiting for a rain storm to see if this was the probler.
The right side does not leak at all.
Any other ideas? Is the windshield trim the problem. Advive if you have had this problem. thanks Bill

Myself, I wouldn't know. Never drive it in the rain. Doesn't even have windshield wipers. I have an old beater Ford Ranger for bad weather driving.
