Sloe Truk

I got a pm today that brought me back to this site.

Just wanted to reach out and say howdy to all my truck buddies.

Also have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year

Welcome back. I was wondering if you were still road racing the Z and see you are. Merry Christmas to you and your's.

Yeah she is still running pretty good for me. On her second motor, second tranny, 4th clutch, 2nd Diff, I forget how many sets of rotors, so hoping to migrate to the 370 next year to be more competitive.

Hey Bryan! Good to see you post up.

Still making gas powered blender margaritas? :D

We make one from time to time, the new is 4 stroke which kind of sux.

The 2 stroke oil kind of acted like triple sec in the margarita, the new 4 stroke doesn't add that kick :(

Hey Brian, long time, im still around here a bit, the truck is built and whippled, what else, only hits the drag strip mostly, looks like the Z is still alive, saw it the first week you bought it when I bought some wheels from you. keep in touch

Hey man, I'm living in Rock Hill now, we need to grab a cool frosty adult beverage one of these days.

Happy New year also,, I was going to start a thread " Original owners " To see who still has thier "L" , but this will do,, I'm still here with my 2000.. :eek:ldtu:

Sadly I got rid of mine, but I am still around from time to time.

Speaking of when I got rid of mine. The young fellow that bought my truck tracked me down with some help from NLOC. who ever showed him the burnout videos owes me a beer :) He was not impressed :)

Ironically I took the truck to ATL to trade it in. low and behold this fellow lived about 12 miles from me in Anderson, SC. I invited him to a local wing joint to talk it all over and I offered to help undo some of the things I had done, he stood me up. Last I heard from him.

Ah the good old days, I miss this place. I might have to buy a gen 2 just to hang out more often.

Good for you, I thought about getting rid of mine (gas crunch), but I need a truck anyhow, so why not have a nice one...:)
