Good evening. I have a weird issue happening. My electric door locks suddenly stopped working on both doors. You can hear something happening when the unlock is depressed (nothing on lock), but no mechanical movement of the lock itself. They have worked fine for years, but now nothing. I pulled the passenger side switch, and noticed a loose wire. Not certain as to where it should be.
My knowledge of auto electronics is that I know that I know very little. Any help is appreciated. I did try downloading another photo of the switch from a different perspective. Would not upload. I hope this is enough
