The bearings in our 195,000 mile 94 went out, so we're building it better than it was and replacing the GT-40 heads and GT-40 upper and 351W lower are for sale.
The intakes are excellent condition. We disassembled and inspected the heads, they'll need a refreshening, new valve job, springs, seals, etc. They were running fine.
