got a weird email from vendor

I got a email from rick at amazon racing. I believe 99% its a hack and hope opening dont screw me.
It stated they were out of country hurt and robbed. Requesting money for hospital bill so they would be free to leave the country.

Anyone else any info on it.

yep, scam. Rick emailed me and said someone hacked his yahoo account.....

Yep hack, got my yahoo acc hacked too around the same time
