Gas in Fannin County Texas went from $1.39 to over $3.00 this evening --- anyone else experience that???
 
There were threats of price gouging here this morning. Then the FTC, whoever regulates oil and gas, and the local energy commission went on TV and said if anybody increased their prices they would shut 'em down.
 
try $2.29 this morning for 91, up from $1.68 the day before
In Oklahoma City my dad saw $3.00-$5.00 at any given location
 
$1.55 for Texaco 93 and 1.29 for Amoco 87 in Perry and Warner Robins(home of Robins Air Force Base--USA's largest logistics post), Ga.

Bestway for anyone to nail these low-life's in these Gas stations is to make sue to get a receipt tell them your a salesman and need the receipt for your re-embursment.Also could hand them your credit-card to get the receipt No Problem! Later. Mike00whteL
 
Here in Ohio we have been told to report ANY gouging to the attorny general. It will not be tolerated!!!
 
Yup, Michigan Attorney Jennifer Granholm is absolutely livid! Any price gouging (like we had last nite) will be dealt with very severely. Hmm...she sounds like she's tryin to be a republican. Maybe she ain't all bad.
