Which mass Air kit is better? Just looking for opinions..
Can I run a A9P with the fms kit? Yes I have a set chip.
 
I am not a GURU but I can give you a few opinion from what I have read on this forum.

Definitely a BIGGGG NO to fiveology. There has been nothing but issue with them on our trucks, if you back track.

FMS is a good product but considered old but good mass air kit, if you are not going too crazy with your motor set up. There is a better aftermarket product out there with better tune-ability and support.
 
I spoke to five ology a long while back and I was not impressed with their knowledge base. Sorry but they didn’t know as much as they thought they did. For the absolute ease- I’d run an OEM setup from a 95 5.0. The tuner can tune the engine with that ECU with no issue.

FMS by far, if you can find one.

The FMS kit uses a different computer that runs both the engine and trans so you cannot run the A9P. The only way to run the A9P is to find a Pro-M kit which uses a Fox computer for the engine and the stock computer for the trans.
