When I purchased my truck, it had ground effects like what was on the Mark lll of the day. My understanding is that you could get that as a dealer option, but don't know that for sure. My question is how can you find out if it was sold like that. I have the Marti report and called the dealer who sold the truck and they were totally clueless. Any ideas??? Thanks
 
Thats not a factory option. Back then there were lots of dealer "options" things they bolt on. A buddy had a "Wolfpack edition ranger" from a dealer.

Just my opinion but I would remove it.

Years ago I was waxing my truck talking to a neighbor. A horrible truck drove by that started as a Choo Choo customs and then the driver got out the JC WItney catalog and went to town on it.

My neighbor "now there goes a real show truck. You need to talk to him." Lol
