Does anyone know what this is?

I have a harness that plugs into a relay on the passenger side of the engine bay right by the battery. It has 4 or 5 wires coming off of the harness 2 are cut, one is grounded, and I don't know where the other one leads too. I'm new to here and not sure how to post photos, plus I'm on my phone. On the harness clip it says NTK UC-3003A.

NTK makes oxygen sensors - you could be looking at the remains of a wideband kit that someone cut out of there. Upload a pic when you can...

Well I found out it is some kind of fuel pump relay, I just dont understand how with two of the wires clipped.... it still starts.

could be the remains of a two pump trick of some sort
