Diminished Value?

I'm not sure if anyone has ever had to deal with this before but I got hit in my 2000 lightning back in October. I stopped for a school bus and the kid behind me didn't find the breaks in time in time. It bent the frame behind the back tiers on both sides. I had ford do the repairs and the damage totaled >7k. What would you guys ask for diminished value?

140k on the truck all stock.

on a 140k mile truck....dont expect much for diminished value. If you were to resell, its not going to make THAT much of a difference.

Id ask for $2500. Be happy with whatever they give you.
