Dark seat fabric

I have not found a exact match either but it is close so I can get my drivers seat repaired. No idea what upholstery shop will charge me!! Any idea what going rates are? Guess it depends on location.

I've been able to obtain a very close match to our darker seat material from Colorado Auto Trim Supply Company that has been in business for three generations. Ben the owner has a Part Number 81.1441 that closely matches the material at $59.95 a yard, but only has about 14 yards left in his stock.

Let him know that you're with the National Lightning Owners Club and he could probably get you set up with some material that would work.

His office phone number is 303-922-4199 or toll free at 1-800-284-8733 and emails at cotrimsuply@gmail.com with his web site at www.AutoInteriorSupply.com

Ben has been great to work with for more years than I can remember and is a straight up good guy that runs his grandfather's original business. Anything we can do to keep our trucks looking their best is great for all of us!

photos or a link? I need to repair a section of my jump seat and would like to see it before ordering.

His phone number and email address had been provided; he could probably send you a sample for you to compare with the seat to see what you think of it.
Do you have pic's comparing theirs to our seats? Or have you not got it yet?

Here is what I got for center cloth. Pretty close to me!

It's going to depend a lot on the shop, what they're willing to put their name on, and how much work your seats need to get to the point they'll put their name on it. I checked on my daily driver 2-3 years ago at a high level local shop and they told me it would probably be $800-1000. That included stripping it down to bare frames, inspecting all the foam, replacing/repairing the foam as needed, and putting it all back together with the fabric that I supplied. All in about $1200-1400.

I'm going to call and see if he will send me a sample of it. Hope it matches.

I ordered a yard of it guess we will see how close it is. He said someone with a Lightning just bought some to do a jump seat, anyone on here?

I ordered 2 yards from him to do my jump seat. It's a pretty close match. I was really hoping to find some original charcoal cloth but I'm happy with the material I got from him. I'll post pics of the jump seat when the upholsterer is done with it.

I look forward to seeing it I need to find and do a jump seat also. Actually 2 of them LOL. Are the jump seats form like a 94 or 95 ext cab the same as ours? The look like it but not sure mounting is the same. Guess In need to go junk yarding and find one to see.

I got a jump seat from an extended cab, so I removed the mounting studs and had to drill two new holes for the rear to mount to the floor pan/bracket. I'm not completely sure how it will look height wise when I bolt it in next to the bucket seats, but I also have spacers I can use to adjust it. It will be a while before its done, but I'll post pics of it when I install it.

So is the frame under the seats specific to Lightning? I always thought the F150 ext cab mounted the same.
