Crossover pipe clearance problem

I was changing the oil today on the truck and saw this:

That's on the crossover pipe that passes on top of the tie rod, center link, castle nut area... uh wow... I guess I should consider this "clearanced" now?

Should I worry?

You are taking this custom turbo project a bit too far. How long did it take you to file that pipe down by hand to make it clear that tie rod so perfectly???

Yep, not right and probably due to vehicle variances in height, etc. Yours has been lowered which may make enough of a difference to make that an issue.
