Picked up a 94 bronco a while back in exchange for some wrenching and such. Now at some point they replaced the 351 with an old worn out 302. I'm going to put a 6 inch lift and 35's on it so that 302 is going to be useless there is a lightning motor in the for sale section but don't know how to mesh up lightning motor and push button 4wd any input on motor that is best for scenario or way to control 4wd with lightning ecu

The trans and all the 4wd drive stuff will bolt up fine. The easiest way would be to just swap the motor in, and just use your original computer and get a tune to work with the new engine
