Mark has always been straight up and provided a Good line of products and good service with a great knowledge base to back up what they sell.
But this week I ordered a pulley removal tool from some one else based on a (wrong) photo on there site.
Much to my surprise I won't be changing my nice new pulley's to night, because the tool I received was not the tool in the picture.
The company is going out of there way to correct this however. With a full refund ( which took two and a half months to get credited to my card) and said that they will correct the wrong image.
No pulley swap tonight.
So I call Mark at LFP and I will have the proper tool in the morning.
THAT IS SERVICE. Hand's down.
