The bar off the lightning should work.The only problem that I can see is that the Lightning have staggered shocks and the reg F150 don't so there might be a little interference but I dought it.Stan
I am not concerned about the shock location because our 01 we reversed the passenger shock.
There are two tabs on the rear that locate sway bar brackets.
You might have to make something.
