I'm from Washington State but sent down a lower grill to get chromed. Anybody know of this business? It's in Irving and suddenly he is very hard to get ahold of. Claims he is having problems with my grill and we can't seem to get together either by phone (6 calls in last week and a half) or by e-mail (3 in last 5 days).
