New member here and I guess this is good spot to ask these questions. Ive searched and searched and I think I have a good idea of whats going to work but figured I would ask. One of the other forums I'm on was useless. Post will be long so bear with me. I'm going to include every piece of info I can and hopefully you guys can make heads or tails of what I'm saying and give some pointers. Trying to pull this off spending as little as possible even though I don't mind spending. Truck will be daily driven and never tracked or raced. Just want a little umph. lowered 2-4 on 15x10s and 295/50/15s

My truck: 2wd 95 F150 Flareside- 302- MAF-4R70- 3.08 gears
Donor Engine: Reman 85 351W HO
Parts truck: 93 F150 4x4 worn out 351W/E4OD.

I'm wanting to do a 351W swap on my 95 F150 (currently a tired 302). I acquired a 85 F250 (for $200 and drove it on the trailer. lol) with a NAPA Reman 351W HO. Engine is carbed. (paperwork on engine shows 32K miles). I am going to keep the Fuel injection and trans from my 95 and swap in this 351. Being its a MAF the 302 computer should be able to keep up. I have anther doner 93 f150 with a worn out 351W that I'll use the intake and distributor (Prolly get a new dizzy). (also getting the 3.55 posi 8.8 from under this to replace my 3.08 open). Need a Fly wheel from a old crown vic with a 351/aod to make the 351 work with the 4R70.

Before I swap the 351 into the 95 I am changing the heads. GT40s. My buddy gave me these. Needs to be reworked with seals and such.
Also looking at this cam kit. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/cca-k35-235-3/overview/make/ford.
Cam choice is something I really need your guys help with. I have no idea what I am doing when choosing a cam and rocker arms etc. If you have suggestions I am open.

EDIT: Torque converter as well. May as well replace it while I'm in there. Stock?

I think I covered everything.

I think I’d purchase link bar hyd roller lifters and install a TFS stage 1 roller cam. This worked really well in a similar combo to yours in a 94 f150 maf 4r70w truck with a stock converter and 4.10s. And no annoying cam break in that.
