6000 rpm idle

hey all ..i just changed my fuel regulator
and added a 1 inch spacer for the intake.
when i started it up the rpm went like it was at wot..everything looks like it's hook
up right just wont idle right..

Steve: what regulator did you go with? and did you mount a fuel gauge on the fuel rail? if so what type?..thanks.
 
this is a good one.. while i had the intake
off i had it powercoated.on the bottom side
towards the back there's a hose that run's
over to the pcv valve. the place that coated it dident screw it all the way back in and
it was just hiting on top of the new valvecovers and had one hell of a vacuum leak
