Completely washed under the truck so it is very clean.
I do not want to sell it but i would take 24,5000.00 FIRM.
It is stored in Colorado so it is dry and nice under car cover in warehouse.
So if someone would like a truck that is like new here it is.
Probably going to just put it together this summer after all these years.:tu

Gonna be tough to sell an erector set Lightning at that price -- although I understand you have literally put that much into the truck, I would personally just wait till the truck is running and then I am sure someone will entertain the offer. Good luck though.

Researching engine now.:tu

I agree, It will take someone that will like what they see in the parts.

Lot of value there.

What are the price's of other 10K trucks out there.

Seams like it is a very rare and hard to come by these days.

Of coarse it is 12 to 13 years older now.

Unfortunately these trucks didn't hold their value as well as many of us would have liked them to have, especially through all of the economic turmoil that has occurred since the time they were produced. You've held onto it this long. If you can afford to hold onto it for another 10 years and keep it at it's current mileage AND get it back on the road I'd say that you could even get your asking price but I'd get it back on the road in stock form and skip all the aftermarket stuff.

Good luck with the sale no matter what direction you decide. These trucks are still kick *** in all sorts of applications but the more powerful you build them to be the more delicate they become.

You are correct that they are rare and hard to come by, but even a mint 10k mile truck will not regularly bring $24k. It takes a buyer that is dead set on getting the truck no matter the cost. It all boils down to what it's worth to you vs what it's worth to them. I doubt there is anyone out there that fits that description for a truck kit. I agree with roach. Get it running and keep it for another 10 years and you might have something. If you have to sell it now, the parts are worth half what you paid for them and you've got a $5k roller.

I have a 02 with only 7000 miles and it has a brand new 0 miles JLP longblock with a 2.3 KB charger. I would be happy to get that for it.

Looks like a trip out to Colorado in the next month or two.
Going to just put a motor back in it and drive it.

I have a bone stock never raced engine/trans out of a '01. Located in Greenville, SC. Asking price is $2500.0. Can load onto
pickup with some help. Pickup only. Cash only. This is a complete engine never taken apart.
