Honestly, I don't know which one is more important.

The springs will lower the center of gravity and stiffen the corners while the pan hard will keep the rear axle centered under the truck. I would start with the springs simply b/c you get a 2fer with them, appearance and performance. I had a pan hard witht he metco upper traction bars. I would wait until I did the traction bars and the pan hard bar at the same time, it is a whole lot easier to properly load (set) the traction bars with the bed off, and you will have to at least lift the bed to install a RUSlow panhard.

I jerked the bed off one time and set everything once.
