stucco siding

Hey Rich, Ken here. It's more than vinyl siding. I'm just finishing up building my new house. I had to use either siding or stucco on by bay area's because of not having a bottom edge for the brick to sit on for the weight factor. Everyone I have spoke to, say's that the "new" stucco is really good and doesn't crack like the old stuff used to. The expense is about 1/3 more than the Vinyl. KEN

Stucco is a bit more expensive than the Vinyl stuff. Personaly I would go for the stucco but, I would hire someone reputable to put it on because even new stucco can crack if not put on correctly.

just make sure you get the real stucco and not synthetic stucco called EIFS. unless you like mold. then go ahead.
