Fuel pressure at fuel rail

I was thinking about checking the fuel pressure, can I do this from the fuel rail Schrader valve and does anyone know what it should be at?

Well Sh17... I'm at 33 no vacuum on a good day with my Carter replacements from rock auto...

Guess the bed comes off again.. fawk...

That sucks! Sal had to replace his Carter pumps also after only a few hundred miles I think it was.

If the truck runs OK, the slightly-low pressure is no reason to pull the bed. Just drive. The EEC will adapt. I've driven my Bronco towing a trailer at ~12psi (for a very short distance at a very low speed).

Jim has a blown truck so that's a recipe for disaster. Just hurry and get those pumps replaced before SpookFest :)
