Whipple and Tweecer tuning on Sparky's truck

Cant recommend Tweecers on Gen2s anymore. Cant get a tune to load without it getting corrupted while installed in the J port on both Jeffs and Scotts truck. Both these tuners are from the latest batch from the new manufacturer, my tweecer works fine in the j port so it has to be a new component of manufacturing snafu. I could write tunes on Jeffs truck with it removed from the Jport but I hear Scott cant even do that, his Gen 2 will not run at all unless the tuner is bypassed.
This coupled with the relentless data logging inadequacies of calcon on EEC IV C3P1 and LHBLO processors leaves me not recommending this product anymore for lightnings

It might be time to buy some SCT Pro-racer stuff and be able to flash the computer through the OBDII and be done with it.

On a positive note, this whipple twin screw is amazing, it makes boost with the slightest opening of the throttle, the thing flat compresses and pushes air.

Hell, even I'm impressed with the subtle change in the truck.

The battery is good to go...only a couple years old. The only reason it would have a problem is from having to turn over the engine so many times because the dang thing won't start when it should...I see the starter failing well before that battery does.

Steve, so far so good with mine, but I think mine is from that new batch also, Steve could you clear this up for me, as I was planning to purchase 2or 3 more of em as projects move forward ove next year or 2.

I could get it to load on Jeff's Gen2 truck if I removed it from the jport.
With Scotts truck the jury is still out, it could be user error Keep in mind on both trucks I at one time wrote tunes to them while they were in the jports so, I have a whole bunch of this going on.
Another thing, the final version of STKR 130 software put out earlier this year is so fuc'd up, no, I repeat no C3P1,C3P2-3 or ICY1 processors can use it because it is all wrong. I told Mike Glover this many many times during alpha and beta editions and apparently he doesn't care because I'm sure his tweecer sales for Gen1 EECs are a very small portion of his sales. I guess he finally got tired of me complaining and pulled my reseller agreement, even without notification to me, what a heel. So to get a tune in the Gen 1's you need the RT120 software(no longer available) unless you have an old download like me. the RT130A does work but there are some quirks IMHO. Bottom line, the data logger dont work and now the software dont work, what a piece of work huh?
I have an older base tweecer that may be for sale, it has no issues so i dont have to get rid of it but part of me wants to play with the SCT stuff.

Sorry to see this with all the time and effort you all put into this product and not have it work is a little disheartening to say the least.
