I retired from doing the Gen 2 TOTMs

After 3 years I just couldn't gather the motivation to go hunting for trucks that were out of the ordinary. Had to call it quits so somebody with some motivation can get in there and be successful at it....

Well you made a good run at it Scott, and might add you did a great job.
I know how much time and energy that you and Jeff have put in to that project.

Scott, thanks for your story telling / totems.
allways look forward to reading your posts, take a break relax, and get back to work on your trucks.

Thanks all for the kind words. I was just losing motivation to hunt down trucks every month. Was enjoyable for a long time but rather than not give 100% to finding and doing the TOTM it is time to let someone else with the required enthusiasm take it over.

Jeff, I know you know how intensive it can get to hunt'em down monthly. There was a time I had 3 to 4 months ready to go. Lately it'd be mid month or later and to much "last minute" which isn't fair to the TOTM selected.

Now, I need to go spend some quality time with a Hurst shifter right after a bigger intercooler reservoir gets installed and a Whipple gets some serious massagin'

Thumbs up

I had thanked Scott privately when he told me he wanted to relinquish the job to someone new, as he needed a rest and time to work on his personal projects.

As I told him, he has gone above and beyond in his moderator support, and I really appreciate all he has done. I am glad that Scott is back to playing with Jean and his trucks again (yes I meant to say what I did. )....wonder what we will see next.

Thanks Scott!!

...Dwight...
