Didn't have the opportunity to "heat soak" the intercooler fluid (too much traffic around 4:30 PM). Did have 69 on IAT 1 and up to 102 on IAT 2 on the highway. Turn on the air and watch the IAT 2 drop to 86 in about 3 minutes. At one point the IAT 1 got up to 71 while the IAT 2 got down to 86. Really odd seeing those two temps so close together.

In traffic in Monroe IAT 2 rose to 112 with A/C off and when turned on it started pulling it down quickly. Two minutes it's down to 98 another minute down to 88 then on to 86 again.

Know it's not a real good test of the system but first impressions are sure GOOD ! A/C in cab was cold enough to make me turn off the vents, had me shiverin' !

You really need to block the air going thru the heat exchanger.
