Got mine on. A really trick part guys, incredible engineering and workmanship. The belt wrap is amazing. This part along with the trick double bearing pulleys is a huge step over the stocker. BTW, I must of had a noisey idler because it is sooooo quiet now.
Prolly the best mod yet sans the DR's heim jointed long bars.

Yeah, it's a nice piece. I found adjusting the third pulley shaft a little inconvienent but mine's been around for three years or so.

What I'm now curious about is the double bearing pulleys ya got. Make them up yerself from existing pulleys for did ya drop the coin for new ones ?

He dropped the coin for new ones and I splurged for a new set as well. We took a chance and ordered them from the dreaded RPM Outlet, but they had the best price out there and from what Steve told me the shipping was fast, and he really likes the craftmanship of the pullies.

My bracket will not go on until the cam swap in a few weeks--the cams and gears are here...I still need to pick up the ARP cam bolts and find time to do the install.

Adn the brand of pulley is ?

I KNOW you sent your idler brace to Performance Coatings didn't ya ?!? The aluminum high heat coating makes it looks just like fresh aluminum and it looks that way for years without the pesky stains, dirt, etc.....

Another thing, no empiracle data but it appears this thing has eliminated any belt slip that I had. The boost gauge is very responsive, it is so far off the factory scale it isnt funn. If I had to interpolate, I'd say at least 14psi with my 4lb lower

I swear, you guys are all slippin', ya gotta be fast but YOU HAVE TO LOOK GOOD DOIN' IT !

'Course they're just "DD's". If mine weren't the idler brace would be polished, pearl coated with candy lettering and the bolts/nuts anodized or powdercoated.

Now. the Dr. specializes in unfinished pieces.....................................

...and trucks !
