Sold my '94 Turbo truck

Yep, it is gone. I sold it to Jesus. Could you find a better person to sell it to?
It will now reside in Pasco, Bernie has sworn to keep me updated on the progress made by the new owner. I believe it is in for an exciting new future. It loved to run hard at the track as you folks have seen. The beginning of the end was at the last track outing when I was warned before I even made my first pass. I was a marked man and runing 1/8 mile and shutting down was anticlimatic.

I've had a ton of fun with this truck and it was badtothebone. That turbo was just being tickled at what I was pushing it at, it had enough breathing ability to split that block in 1/2.

I will be going to Lfest this year, sporting my latest interest. I'll keep you all posted.

Steve

Ok, so does your new interest happen to be silver? Maybe something in the lines of full out race truck?

Steve
I had a feeling this was going to happen.

I have been reading between the lines on some post that have been made in the WashLO Section.

I wish I could have doubt's that you didnt do it but I do believe i know better.

What is hard to believe is you did this before you got to make a 10 sec pass in it. That was all set up for you at L-Fest.

Sorry to see you get rid of it Steve. Hope your new project is just as fun.

Good luck with what ever it is that you decided to do.

Bobby

Well guys the truck went to a good home and it will have very good company. Jesus now has a 93L, 2000L and now a 94L. I know that in a weird way that truck was a part of all the WASHLO guys and like i told Steve i will keep everybody updated on the next steps of this L. I knew before we made our trip on Friday that as soon as Jesus test drove the truck he was going to be sold on it, that is exactly what happened. He did not need much convinceing. Now for the good part. This coming up Friday we are going to be taking the truck to Spokane and do a full blast down the 1/4 on 10 pounds of boost and be a little sneaky and not run with the 15 pounds until Jesus get a race for money. There is no doubt in my mind that the truck on 10 pound will run in the 11's i drove that thing and it is scary fast. I also have no doubt that this truck will raise alot of eyebrows around here. Anyway thanks again Steve and good luck on your new adventure.
