P.S. Smoked a R/T on Friday, I even slowed down. Guy just turned off. Figure that!!

Hey you are right it is very quiet here in the WA chapter we to get out and do something. I am going to be getting my tires next week and would like to give them a try before the season is over.

This is Rod, When do you plan on going to Renegade.Looks like they have street legal racing on Sept 14th, and Oct 6th.They are night races.

Hey Rod i will give them a call tomorrow and find out because i know of a few guys that would like to go form here. Two other lightning owner maybe three but i have to see them and ask if they would like to go and i think that Kevin is here in town selling cars and does not go home until Thursday maybe he is willing to stay another day and go out. But i will keep you posted.

Hey Rod just wanted to let you know that there is going to be a test and tune on Friday and gates open at 6:00pm. I just saw one of my friends and he has a 2000 and his cousin has a 94 with a paxton and he is also going and Burt who has a 99 will probalby be there to. Why dont you let of the guys over there know about it maybe they would like to come. Maybe even bring youe brother because i think that Bert wants to race him.

I just noticed i am a frequent flyer,WOW. I dont think my brother can make it. He gets off about 4.00pm and he works north of Seattle. His truck was running 12.50s last week at SIR.He will probably be in the 11s next year if he gets the bigger Eaton blower that JDM Is going to sell. I am sure Steve will respond to our posts about renegade.Berni,e-mail me your phone number and i will call you before friday.

Fairlane, are you Dales bro? If so it sounds like he ran his best ET yet in the L.. congrats! I was going to go out that weekend but I grenaded another front drive shaft doing practice launches, in hopes of improving my 60'. Oh well some times broken parts is part of the deal

. I plan on going out to Bremerton this weekend and doing some racing Fri and Sat I will be racing my Ty ( they let me race at the BOP

) Sunday I will be racing my girls four door Pontiac GTP that runs 14's and is deadly consistant... good for bracket racing. If any of you come out feel free to stop by the motor home(Blk/Blk Ty and red 67 GS next to it) and hang out I will be their all weekend and welcome visitors...even Fords LOL.

Larry, Yes i am Dales brother. Do you have to run a loop on your front driveline? Your gonna need a roll bar if you go any faster.Does the GTP have an Eaton blower on it? I might go to Renegade and do some racing on Friday, But i am not sure yet. Talk to you later.

I thought so, I also have a feeling that next time Dale and I line up it will be my turn to get smoked. On the same note I will not install a cage in my Ty because of the limited production #'s though I am sure it can run an eleven. Yep the GTP is supercharged I have installed a 3.4" pully,aftermarket exhaust and a cold air kit next is a much needed shift kit. It's respectable for a four door ( real fun to beat on those little fart muff mobiles with), however front wheel drive and torque dont mix well.

Oh ya I run drive shaft loops front and rear. The front one is more of a guard for my trans that I fabricated, It has saved my *** a couple times...make that three times now.

It is right outside of Yakima i dont know the exact exit but i think that Rod would know much better than me. Why Steve are you planning on coming down. You know what i think that i will give Renagade a call tomorrow and find if they still are going to have the test and tune because you with everything going on i dont know. But i will keep you posted.
