Post POST YOUR DYNO #'s

DALE is the King Kong of the dyno races on Saturday! GEN 2 trucks were out in force posting excellent hp. Brian from Turbo Tech couldnt believe the #'s put down on the Gen 2's.
As for my meat grinder propelled Gen 1 my best was 326 rwhp. They printed out my second pull of 322. No really they did! LOL

here are some zing pics

Steve,I was just kidding about the meat grinder That was very respectable and you should be proud of that.Anyway I tried to post the Dyno sheet but it was huge so I'll have to do it this way 357 RWHP 458 ftlbs of TRQ not to far off of what I estimated.

Thumbs up

Hi Guys
Just wanted to say thanks for lettin Herb and I drop in, we both had a blast!!! It was fun putting names and faces together.
Now on to the good stuff, like Steve said, hp 401.8 trq 467.5.
Mod List
1)PSP 4way chip set on race program - this is Sals latest programs, just got it a few weeks ago.
2)50/50 mix of 100 octane TRICK unleaded and Chevron 92 unleaded
3)PSP blower drive pulley (don't have a good boost gauge but would guess about 12 to 13lbs)
4)cobra throttle body
5)Splitfire SF10B sparkplugs
6)Mobil 1 5W30 with Avblend
7)Flexalite electric fans
8)6x12 K&N cone filter with my own filter adapter
9)modified PCV system with valve cover breathers (to keep oil out of the intake)
10)removed intercooler and cleaned all oil out of it (it took 5 big cans of brake clean)
11)modified EGR system
12)inside of upper manifold is mildly ported and smoothed out (some welding required)
13)9/16" lift on upper manifold (spacer plate)
14)removed plastic shroud over radiator core support to improve airflow to air filter and to cool throttle body, upper manifold and supercharger
Thats about it, I run all stock exhaust system and a stock mass air meter.
There are more mods to come......

I found out that my airfilter was collapsing at wide open throttle, I wouldn't have known this without the dyno (and Herbs sharp eye).
Thanks Again
Dale

Here's a Zing photo album:

My '01 L printout:

I might have been able to do a bit better because I only have 1400 miles on the bone-stock engine (it's not fully broken in yet), and I didn't kick down as hard as I could/should have.

My truck on the dyno:
